Wheeler, it is not. But, they do look
alike. Jacquetta has short hair, too, but
not so full on top. You
don't see so many top-heavy haircuts like
this retro style today, but back then
they weren't too keen on very short at
the front and back.
(Sorry about the
"specks" on the picture of this
young woman. She doesn't have a disease;
the hair magazine suffered humidity
damage.)
